Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the SaaS-based CRM product.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities (B2B focus).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and customers.
• Conduct

  online demos / product presentations

  for potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams to improve lead generation and sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM data for reporting.
• Meet and exceed part-time sales targets with flexible working hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  B2B SaaS Sales / IT Sales

  (CRM, ERP, or similar software preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
• Comfortable using CRMs, sales automation tools, and video conferencing platforms.
• Ability to commit

  15–25 hours per week

  in a flexible schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling

  CRM or SaaS solutions

  in India or international markets.
• Existing network with SMEs, startups, or enterprise clients.
• Understanding of SaaS sales cycles, lead generation, and digital marketing basics.
