Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive sales of RMC from the allocated plant to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers in real estate, infrastructure, and contractor segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with plant, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order execution and collections.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
  • Represent the company in local market networks, trade associations, and industry events.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    Business/Marketing/Civil Engineering

    or related field.
  • 315 years of experience in

    sales of RMC / cement / construction materials

    .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an individual role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
