Role & responsibilities Drive sales of RMC from the allocated plant to achieve revenue and volume targets. Identify and develop new customers in real estate, infrastructure, and contractor segments. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies. Coordinate with plant, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order execution and collections. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues. Represent the company in local market networks, trade associations, and industry events. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing/Civil Engineering or related field. 315 years of experience in sales of RMC / cement / construction materials . Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an individual role. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
