About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, real estate sales, and field sales. This role demands someone who is result-oriented, target-driven, and aggressive in achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Proactively engage in field marketing activities to identify potential customers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Focus on closing deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Lead Conversion: Handle customer inquiries and calls efficiently to convert prospects into buyers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure smooth sales closures and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation Skills: Conduct price negotiations to close deals in favor of the company while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to overcome challenges.
