What will you'do

As Sales Manager - Retail (West), you will be responsible for driving retail sales growth through dealership networks in the West region. You will lead market development initiatives, track key projects, strengthen dealer sales capabilities, and ensure delivery of sales targets, market share, and price realization while providing superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive retail sales performance by tracking opportunities, identifying key projects, and supporting dealers in deal closures.
  • Work closely with dealer sales teams to review pipelines, sales execution, and customer engagement.
  • Allocate and monitor retail sales targets and support dealers to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Promote Volvo s complete solutions portfolio including machines, attachments, connectivity, services, and productivity solutions.
  • Plan and execute regional marketing and promotional activities such as customer meets, demos, and roadshows.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects, and provide insights to regional leadership.
  • Visit customer sites and collaborate with Aftermarket and Customer Solutions teams to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
  • Track participation rate, market share, and price realization across the region.
