Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Recycled Plastic Granules & Regrind (ABS & PPCP) Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai (with travel across North and West India) Experience: 810 years in sales of recycled plastic materials (preferably ABS, PPCP) Key Responsibilities: Market Development: Identify and develop new customers across North and West India in sectors like automotive, home appliances, and general plastics. Sales Execution: Drive sales growth by converting leads, negotiating terms, and closing orders. Technical Selling: Match customer application needs with appropriate product grades (ABS, PPCP). Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with OEMs, processors, and bulk buyers. Pricing & Forecasting: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and provide strategic input. Sample Coordination: Oversee sample dispatches and follow-up for feedback and approval. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with internal logistics to ensure timely and accurate order execution. Reporting: Submit weekly reports on sales funnel, market updates, and customer engagement. Strong experience in recycled plastics, especially ABS and PPCP. Robust network in the plastics industry across North & West India. Strong communication, commercial negotiation, and technical selling skills. Ability and willingness to travel frequently. CTC: As per industry standards + Performance-Based Incentives.
