Scaffolding Sales Manager

Job Title: Scaffolding Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities for scaffolding systems, rentals, and services.

* Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as defined by management.

* Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals to clients.

* Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.

* Develop strategic partnerships with contractors, EPC companies, and project owners.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

* Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

* Address customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers.

* Work with finance and operations to ensure credit control and timely collections.

* Coordinate with supply chain/operations to ensure timely delivery and availability of scaffolding materials.

* Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

* Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure feasibility of client requirements.

* Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (H-frame, Cuplock, Ringlock, Kwikstage, Tube & Coupler).

Qualifications & Experience:

* Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of scaffolding, construction equipment, formwork, or related products.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling large accounts.
