The Shakti Plastic Industries seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in various industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the sustainable polymer market, specifically in recycled PET, PP, and HDPE products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and building strong relationships with potential clients across industries such as manufacturing, textiles, packaging, and more.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of The Shakti Plastic Industries, product offerings, including recycled polymers, and communicate their benefits effectively to potential clients.

Sales Presentations:

Market Research

Sales Reporting:

Contract Negotiation

Partnership Development

Event Participation

Sales & Marketing Professional for Recycled Plastic Granules OR Compounding

(MLP, LDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, HIPS)

• Background in plastics and polymers.

• Knowledge of recycled plastic granules and sales.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales of recycled granules.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and business development, ideally in the manufacturing, polymers, or sustainability sectors.

In-depth knowledge of rPET, rPP, and rHDPE products, with an understanding of their applications in various industries.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
