The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Oversee negotiations and close high-value property deals. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively. Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and customer behavior. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
