Sales Manager - Real Estate (Bangalore)

• Recruiting and training new real estate agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Motivating the sales team, setting individual and team goals, and providing coaching and support to improve performance.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives, including market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
• Planning and executing sales initiatives, setting targets, and ensuring successful property transactions.
• Sales Tracking and Reporting: Tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Budget Management: Managing the sales budget and controlling expenses.
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
• Negotiating deals, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth property transactions.
• Customer Communication
• Staying up-to-date with real estate market trends, including pricing, demand, and competitive offerings.
• Understanding industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices in real estate sales.
• Leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance sales processes and customer experience.
