Sales Manager-Real Estate

As a Sales Manager at RRITAM, you will be responsible for leading the real estate sales operations for residential and industrial projects in Sonipat, Panipat, and Kharkhoda. Your strong sales experience and having your own conveyance for site visits and client meetings are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets. - Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and ensure sales closures. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers. - Coordinate with marketing and documentation teams for smooth transactions. - Stay updated on local market trends and competitor projects. - Prepare sales reports and update management regularly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. - Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales. - Proficiency in English and Hindi. - Ability to commute/relocate to Sonipat, Panipat, and Kharkhoda. - Willingness to travel 75%.
