Job Summary: We’re hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead property sales across our premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong Channel Partner (CP) network in the Tricity area and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Responsibilities:

• Drive residential and commercial property sales
• Activate and manage CP network to generate leads
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and client negotiations
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to meet monthly targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong CP connections in Tricity (Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Must have own vehicle for client meetings and site visits
