Sales Manager – Real Estate

📍 Locations: Kurali | Kharar | Mohali

💰 Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month

Role Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for residential and commercial projects
Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and digital platforms
Build strong client relationships and ensure high conversion rates
Coordinate site visits and explain project features convincingly
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution
Track sales targets and report performance metrics regularly

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of real estate sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Local market knowledge (Kurali, Kharar, Mohali preferred)
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Own vehicle preferred for field mobility
