Job Description

We are looking for motivated and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The role involves interacting with potential buyers over the phone, generating leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits to prospects.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable project options.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure closure.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
