Squareyards.com | Gurgaon**About Squareyards:**Squareyards is India's largest integrated platform for Real Estate & Mortgages, providing end-to-end solutions for property buyers, sellers, and investors.**Position Overview:**We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Gurgaon. This role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales management.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients and follow up on leads- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and close high-value deals- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution**Requirements:**- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related industry- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Professional demeanor with excellent presentation abilities- High energy and ability to make 200+ calls per day consistently- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills- Own 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler (mandatory for client meetings)- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**Compensation & Benefits:**- CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (10% hike on last drawn salary)- Huge uncapped incentive structure- 5-day work week- Performance-based growth opportunities- Comprehensive training and development programs**Work Location:** Gurgaon
