Job Summary:

Cascade Buildtech is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and grow our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and mentoring sales executives to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead conversion
• Prepare sales reports and share insights with senior management

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Deep understanding of the local property market
