You are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sr Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams, developing effective sales strategies, and exceeding sales targets. You should be skilled in market analysis, client relationship management, and team development, with a strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and mentoring sales agents, providing training and guidance to improve performance. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company goals and drive revenue growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business will be crucial. Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion will also be part of your role. You will analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions. Providing ongoing support and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members will be essential. Collaboration with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategies and support will also be required. Your role will involve overseeing lead generation efforts and ensuring the team effectively follows up with potential clients. You will assist with negotiations and closing deals, particularly on high-value transactions. Ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations within the real estate industry will be part of your responsibilities. You should have 5 to 6+ years of experience in sales, of which at least 3 years should be in a Team Lead role. Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should have the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, handle rejections, and stay positive. Capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions and prioritize tasks efficiently will be beneficial. Keeping the sales team motivated will also be a key aspect of your role.,
