Role Overview: You are sought after for the position of Real Estate Sr Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager at Square Yards, India's largest integrated platform for Real Estate & Mortgages. Your role will involve leading successful sales teams, developing effective sales strategies, and exceeding sales targets. You should be skilled in market analysis, client relationship management, and team development, with a strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing and mentoring sales agents, providing training and guidance to improve performance. - Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company goals and drive revenue growth. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion. - Analysing sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions. - Providing ongoing support and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members. - Working closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategies and support. - Overseeing lead generation efforts and ensuring the team effectively follows up with potential clients. - Assisting with negotiations and closing deals, particularly on high-value transactions. - Ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations within the real estate industry. - Ensuring maximum team members meet their assigned sales targets. Qualification Required: - 5 to 6+ years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a Team Lead role. - Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is mandatory. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments. - Resilience and motivation to handle rejections and stay positive. - Capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions. - Maturity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. - Keeping the Sales team motivated.
