About the Role

Closing Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations for residential and commercial projects.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits to build strong relationships.
Convert leads through calls, personal interactions, and broker network engagement.
Drive timely deal closures while achieving monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales processes.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project pricing.
Ensure adherence to internal sales processes, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

3–7 years of experience in real estate sales or closing management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving deal closures.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client and broker relationships.
High level of self-motivation, result orientation, and market awareness.
