Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, and build long-term customer relationships. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, coach and motivate team members, and collaborate with other departments to maximize growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and maintain existing accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage budgets, pricing, and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, and market analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales goals.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Performance Metrics Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Growth in market share and revenue.
• Team performance, retention, and productivity.
• Customer acquisition and satisfaction levels.
• AutoCAD.
• Proven Track record.
• Traveling required.
• Professional Behavior & Grooming Sense.
• Good understanding of Drafting & Drawings.

Salary: 22000-32000/- (Per Month)
