Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate sales initiatives while fostering strong social engagement with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strategic sales management with active relationship building in both corporate and social spheres to drive revenue growth and brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales plans that target corporate clients and leverage social engagement opportunities to boost sales performance.

  • Proactive Client Engagement:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, social events, corporate functions, and other proactive outreach methods.

  • Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and social influencers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed targets, encouraging a culture of proactive engagement and customer-centric sales approaches.

  • Market Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth in both corporate and social contexts.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with brand messaging and customer needs.

  • Reporting:

Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and plans.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in corporate sales
  • Strong proactive approach to business development and client engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport in both corporate and social settings
  • Leadership experience and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
