Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Foreign Exchange (Forex) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, managing client relationships, and expanding the FX business.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in sales with a strong background in Foreign Exchange.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing abilities.
• Knowledge of local and international FX regulations.
