Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role for Prime Mortgages (HL & LAP) - DSA Channel at Axis Bank located in Mumbai (Goregaon) . The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property through the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in selling prime mortgage products (Home Loans & LAP).At least 2 years of experience in sourcing through the DSA channel in Western Mumbai’s prime locations.

Must have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network with DSAs, builders, and real estate agents in prime areas of Mumbai.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Relevant certifications in Sales or Mortgage Lending would be beneficial
