Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Prime Mortgages (HL & LAP) - DSA Channel at Axis Bank located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property through the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

•Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in Mortgage Sales with at least 2 years in DSA channel sourcing, along with a proven sales record

•Sales Management, Relationship Management, and Channel Development skills

•Experience in selling Home Loans, Loan Against Property, or Mortgage products

•Strong communication and negotiation skills

•Knowledge of financial products and services

•Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
