Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate new business through direct channels, DSAs, and customer referrals.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable LAP solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely loan processing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    Graduate
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3 years of experience in

    LAP / SME / Mortgage sales

    with Banks, NBFCs, or HFCs.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of LAP product, documentation, and credit evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
