To generate business for Prime Home Loans primarily through field sourcing from the open market, ensuring quality customer acquisition, smooth processing, and achievement of disbursement targets.
The role requires extensive fieldwork to source home loan customers directly from the open market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential buyers through market visits, cold calls, referrals, and self-sourcing. The candidate will guide customers through the complete home loan process from documentation to disbursement while ensuring excellent service and strong relationship management. Meeting monthly login and disbursement targets is a core responsibility.
