Sales Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your role involves identifying potential customers and generating new business leads in both B2B and B2C segments. You will be required to visit industries, dealers, distributors, and fleet operators to pitch petroleum products. Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to close deals will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Your goal will be to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while effectively managing distributor/dealer networks and resolving sales-related issues. In the realm of marketing, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and market share. This includes conducting market analysis to understand competition and customer needs. Additionally, you will assist in creating marketing content such as brochures, digital ads, and product catalogs. Your role will also involve organizing product demos, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns, as well as maintaining CRM systems and customer databases. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proven experience in sales and marketing roles - Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite The company offers Provident Fund as a benefit.
