Full job description: We seek a Sales-talented and Hardworking Sales Manager to join ourus in interior and construction firm , in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Identify and target potential clients within the I nteriors, Architecture, Building Developer and Real Estate industry. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Track and report on sales metrics and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the interiors, Architecture and Real Estate or related industry . Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years experience in Interior, Architecture and Real Estate firm . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
