Job Title: Manager - Project Sales

Location:

Job Purpose:

The Manager - Project Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through commercial, residential, and government projects by building strong relationships with developers, architects, builders, and institutional clients. The role involves business development, lead generation, client engagement, and project coordination to expand QUBAs market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    Drive growth across various sectors (commercial, residential, hospitality, government), creating demand for QUBA products.
  • Lead Generation:

    Generate leads via site visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking. Maintain CRM records and target key accounts.
  • Sales & Product Promotion:

    Organize product presentations, showroom visits, and recommend product positioning in project specifications (BOQs).
  • Project Coordination:

    Oversee project proposals, quotations, timelines, and ensure timely delivery of required solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closure:

    Manage the quotation process, negotiate terms, and close high-value sales.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Reporting:

    Track sales progress, lead generation, and project updates. Provide regular reports and forecasts.

Key Competencies:

  • Understanding of project sales cycles, government tenders, and bidding processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Decision Authority:

  • Independent:

    Approve client meetings, presentations, and sample dispatches.
  • Collaborative:

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project execution.
  • Senior Management:

    Approve pricing negotiations, budget allocation, and strategic decisions.
