As an experienced professional in the Personal care industry, you will play a crucial role in driving the profitable growth of BASF business in India through a Techno-Commercial Focus. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining strategic long-term business relationships with key customers to promote brand value - Utilizing product application knowledge and market value chain understanding to anticipate market trends - Proposing new business models to capitalize on emerging opportunities - Responsible for achieving business top-line, bottom-line, and volume growth targets - Formulating and implementing key account strategy to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction - Establishing control systems to effectively manage the business in line with targets - Providing accurate sales forecast to support efficient planning of products and services - Optimizing distribution network and ensuring effective management of distributors - Acting as an interface between key accounts and internal BASF departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Influencing decision makers at all levels and driving actions without disciplinary responsibility In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Education: Bachelor of Science or engineering - Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in the Personal care industry - Broad understanding of Personal care ingredients and formulation knowledge, with a solution-oriented approach Your expertise and strategic thinking will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of BASF in India.
