Sales Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored solutions for clients across air, sea, and land freight.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics in Chennai.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and land transport operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Existing client base in logistics market is an advantage.
