Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Payroll Outsourcing, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Other tasks include managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities for payroll outsourcing services. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills Knowledge of Payroll Outsourcing, Payroll Management, and Labor Law Compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple client accounts Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Relevant experience in the HR or payroll industry is a plus Show more Show less
