The firm its partners strives to provide quality services in the areas of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, GST Audit, Due Diligence, Payroll Outsourcing, Accounting Outsourcing, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Company Law Matters for both domestic and foreign companies, Management Consultancy, Fixed Assets Management. The Firm is in empanelled with RBI for conducting Statutory Audits of Nationalized Banks and also is in penal of C&AG in the category of “Chartered Accountants Firms” qualifying for Public Sector Undertakings Audit”. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida opposite to Noida/ Wave City Centre Metro Station for a CA Semi Qualified/ Paid Assistant. The candidate must have good working knowledge of followings: 1. Finalization of Books of Accounts, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Internal Audit etc. 2. Filing of Income Tax Returns for Corporates, Firms, Trust and Individuals etc. 3. Filing of GST Return, TDS Return etc. 4. Advance Tax Planning 5. Company Incorporation, Annual Returns etc with MCA/ROC. 6. Good Excel and Communication Skills Qualification 1. CA Semi Qualified having atleast 2 years experience in CA Firm post articleship 2.
