Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include leading the sales team, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Team Leadership
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Sales Reporting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai
  • Relevant experience in the jewellery sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
