We’re looking for a Salesman (Online Sales) to join our furniture retail team in Gurgaon.
Role & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries from website, social media, and calls.
Convert online leads into sales through effective communication.
Explain product details, customization options, pricing, and offers.
Coordinate with the operations team for orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure a smooth buying experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (preferably in furniture, home décor, or related retail).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable using online sales channels, CRM tools, and WhatsApp/Calls.
Based in or willing to work in Gurgaon.
