Job Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team to take care of business for Southern region of India which includes Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerala

Qualifications And Skills:-

*Bachelor's / master's degree, preferably in business administration

*Proven experience (1-2yrs) as an Regional Sales Manager or similar role in security and fire safety alarm system industry.

*Strong knowledge of security and fire safety system products and solutions

*Excellent communication skill.

*Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

*Self-motivated and results-oriented.

*Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Roles And Responsibilities:-

* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed regional targets across Southern India.

*Base location: Bengaluru (with regular travel across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerala).

*Conduct proactive business development to onboard new clients and expand market reach.

*Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers.

*Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads through research and outreach.

*Prepare, customize, and deliver persuasive sales proposals to prospective clients.

*Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and deal closure.

*Provide timely and accurate reports on pipeline status, sales performance, and forecasts.

*Monitor industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

*Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and services.
