Sales Manager
to lead a sales and Business Development team in the
Food and Beverage Industry
for
processing and packaging machinery
across India. The ideal candidate should have an experience of 6-8 years in industrial machinery sales in B-2-B preferably catering to Food, Beverage,Milk or allied food sectors.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Lead a team of sales executives to derive and expand the company sales in Food Processing and Packaging Machinery sector across India.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and maintain go-to-Market strategies to generate leads, explore new areas and sectors for application, and ensure a stable and consistent sales funnel.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge in Food/Dairy/Oil/ Beverage and related sectors to identify potential customers and recommend solutions.
- Sales Process and Systems: Demonstrate strong understanding and follow process and systems to monitor and systemize the sales lead process.
- Travel and Networking: Engage and lead the sales Team to connect and enable business across India to meet potential clients and expand market presence.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers, c to provide accurate and timely proposals, ensuring client requirements are met effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Sales/Marketing /Btech
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, capital goods, or projects sales.
- Experience in capital goods sales Food, Dairy, Beverage or related processing and packaging industries is highly preferred.
- Candidates with a background in selling utility equipment such as Boilers, Printers, Compressors, and ETP systems or allied services to the similar food Industry may also apply.
Skills And Attributes:
- Strong B2B sales expertise, leading a sales Team of 5-10 people.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for sales and business development.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a stable and challenging environment.
Remuneration :
- Remuneration -Rs 7 -12 Lakh pa + Incentives, depending upon experience and candidate capabilities and knowledge.
