Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities both domestically and internationally, managing key accounts, and driving sales. The role involves developing strategic relationships with clients, steering online marketing strategies and planning and driving sales and business development teams. The role will also require frequent travel across potential markets in India and abroad. The candidate shall lead a team of Sales Experts and report to GM -Sales and marketing. Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and Business Development Experience in leading teams in sales and marketing, preferably in B2B Capital goods sectors related to food and allied industries. Proven ability to achieve goals and objectives Good communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field Experience in the sales related tp Plant and machinery for the Food & Beverage processing and packaging industry would be an added advantage Remuneration -To match Industry Standards with perks and incentives.
