Job Description

Nextday Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a logistics or courier background to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and manage key customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of B2B logistics sales, rate negotiation, and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and acquire new B2B customers for courier, parcel, and logistics services
• Manage and grow existing key accounts to increase revenue and retention
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer segments
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Coordinate with operations, billing, and customer service teams for smooth onboarding
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management
• Track sales performance and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Handle customer escalations related to pricing, service issues, and contract terms
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest pricing or service improvements
• Participate in business review meetings and strategic planning sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in logistics, courier, or transportation sales
• Strong understanding of first mile, last mile, line haul, and delivery operations
• Experience in B2B sales, key account management, and corporate client handling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets
• Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
