Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. During the probationary period, the compensation will be commission-based. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand and present technical features and benefits of mechatronic solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and technical team to develop sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market trends. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical or B2B sales (preferably in the automation/mechatronics domain). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Compensation & Benefits: Probationary Period (2 Months): Commission-based Pay: Up to 5% of total sales invoice value. Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy.
