Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in HL and LAP.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Oversee sales operations and track performance against defined KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with business goals.
  • Drive compliance with organizational policies and ethical practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in

    Home Loans and Loan Against Property sales

    , with proven revenue achievement.
  • Strong track record in

    Sales Leadership, Account Management, and Team Management

    .
  • Excellent

    analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in

    financial services / NBFC / fintech

    preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
