Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving business by acquiring new customers in the allocated region, focusing on improving affordable reach. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with all sourcing partners such as Connectors, Referral Partners, and DSA. You will also work towards enhancing business by increasing the market share of affordable mortgage products and deeper penetration into various geographies. Ensuring high levels of engagement for effective pre and post customer service will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be in charge of logging files and ensuring smooth processing of files using available digital methods. It will be your responsibility to maintain complete control of NPA, collections, and overdue cases sourced, as well as ensuring portfolio health by following a lend-to-collect culture up to the last mile. You will also liaise with and manage legal, technical, collection, FI, and RCU vendors.
