Sales Manager - Mortgage

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers in the allocated region while focusing on improving affordable reach. Your responsibilities will include: - Nurturing relationships with all sourcing partners such as Connectors, Referral Partners, and DSA to strengthen business connections. - Enhancing business performance by increasing the market share of affordable mortgage products and expanding into deeper geographies. - Ensuring high levels of customer engagement by providing effective pre and post customer service. - Taking charge of file login processes and ensuring smooth file processing using available digital methods. - Managing NPA (Non-Performing Assets) and collections/overdue cases sourced to maintain portfolio health. - Upholding a lend-to-collect culture to ensure the portfolio's health is maintained up to the last mile. - Coordinating with and managing legal, technical, collection, FI, and RCU vendors effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - Preferably a Post Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. - Previous experience in channel management for prime products.
