Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager MICE based in New Delhi NCR. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales efforts by developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, closing sales, collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.


Qualifications (Min. 8 Years of Experience)

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Leadership attributes and team management experience are a plus
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and markets is highly desirable
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:

     Identify, pursue, and convert new MICE business opportunities, develop sales plans, and meet targets.
  • Client & Relationship Management:

     Build and maintain strong ties with corporate clients, event planners, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and travel agents.
  • Event Coordination:

     Act as a liaison between clients and operations, ensuring seamless event execution from planning to delivery.
  • Proposals & Contracts:

     Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
  • Market Analysis:

     Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regional events to find opportunities.
  • Reporting & Administration:

     Update sales systems, track performance, and manage budgets/forecasts. 


Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

     Proven sales success, ideally in hospitality, events, or tourism.
  • Skills:

     Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge:

     Understanding of the MICE market, event management, and relevant software.
  • Attributes:

     Dynamic, results-oriented, team player, with strong problem-solving abilities. 


Compensation:

INR 8 Lacs + Incentives or as per experience and skills.
