Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve membership sales targets.
• Handle daily walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups on potential leads.
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Monitor individual KPIs and ensure targets are met consistently.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and local outreach activities.
• Ensure excellent client engagement and smooth membership onboarding.
• Maintain daily sales reports and share regular updates with management.
• Address client escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive a positive and energetic sales environment on the gym floor.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team-leading role.
• Background in Fitness, Hospitality, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team effectively.
• Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality.
• Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting practices.
