Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives, expand the customer base and increase revenue of RFID Solutions vertical.

Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the RFID Solutions division, aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth in the RFID Solutions business.

Stay ahead of market trends, innovations, and competitors in this industry.


  • Sales & Business Development:

Build a strong client-base with key logos for this business vertical from scratch

Establish strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to drive business opportunities and long-term partnerships.

Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and business plans to achieve divisional objectives.

Understand clients’ pain points, provide inputs for devising the apt solution and present the solution to client accordingly

Assessing the future needs of the client and providing inputs for new feature/solution development


  • Team Management:

Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of professionals across sales to achieve the business targets

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth targets and improve market penetration for RFID products and solutions.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring continuous learning and skill development.

Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the division.


  • Sales Performance analysis:

Analyze sales performance, identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize RFID sales business.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to ensure financial targets are met.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maximizing revenue potential.


  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and manage sales budget, forecasts and reports to ensure accurate sales projections.


  • Marketing & Brand Awareness:

Developing and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility for the RFID Solutions division.

Oversee digital marketing, content development, and lead-generation initiatives to promote RFID products and solutions.

Representing the company at industry conferences, events, and seminars, establishing the company as a thought leader in the RFID Solutions space.

  • Stay Up to date with Industry trend:

Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
