Reporting To: Head of Sales / General Manager Department: Sales & Marketing About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our prestigious luxury real estate project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury property sales, a network of high-net-worth individuals, and the ability to drive results in a competitive, high-end market. Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed luxury project sales targets. Lead and mentor the sales team; monitor performance and ensure alignment with goals. Engage with HNIs, investors, and brokers to generate qualified leads. Foster long-term relationships with premium clientele, ensuring top-tier customer service. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for effective outreach and events. Track competitor activity, pricing, and market movements to position offerings effectively. Oversee complete sales lifecycle: inquiries, site visits, negotiations, closures, and documentation. Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the luxury project. Manage and lead the sales team, providing training, motivation, and performance monitoring. Identify and engage potential clients, including HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals), investors, and institutional buyers. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless sales experience. Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to implement targeted campaigns and events. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the luxury segment. Oversee the complete sales process - from client inquiry, site visit, negotiation, to closure and documentation. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. Requirements Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years focused on luxury/high-end properties. Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets. Strong network of HNI clients and real estate agents/brokers in the luxury segment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead a team, work under pressure, and deliver results in a competitive environment. Well-groomed, with a professional demeanor suitable for luxury clientele.
