Job Description

Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to generate interest in real estate projects, explain property details, schedule site visits, and follow up to close sales leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and persistence to convert inquiries into confirmed leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up

    • Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from the companys database or marketing campaigns.
    • Handle inbound inquiries from digital platforms, walk-ins, or referrals.
    • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to customers.
    • Convert cold leads into warm prospects by maintaining regular follow-ups.
  2. Customer Relationship Management

    • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software.
    • Address queries, objections, and provide solutions to potential buyers.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to arrange site visits and meetings.
  3. Sales Support

    • Share promotional material, brochures, and videos with clients.
    • Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
    • Assist in achieving monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
  4. Market Awareness

    • Stay updated on project details, market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
    • Understand customer preferences and match them with suitable property options.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication in

    Hindi & English

    (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Good listening ability and patience to handle customer objections.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Experience:

    0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Real estate experience preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
