Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies for Food Additives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Align marketing activities with business goals and sales targets. Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies. Generate marketing reports, dashboards, and ROI analyses. Co-ordinate with Warehouse for stock/production related matters. Reporting MD for day to day sales progress. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Industrial Sales function for our F ood Additives product lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to increase market share, support product innovation, and enhance B2B relationship. This role involves close collaboration with Industrial Customer, and our team of Sales, Production & Despatch to ensure that our product offerings meet evolving customer demands in the Food and Seasoning Industry .
