Sales Manager

As a dynamic and high performing sales professional with experience in selling ERP software solutions, you will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and a natural team player who comprehends complex ERP sales workflows. Your ability to drive business impacting solutions and interact confidently with all levels of customer leadership will be crucial. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and cultivating strong relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, identifying new business opportunities and customers, contacting potential customers to showcase company products or services, negotiating prices and terms, preparing sales contracts, and tracking sales activities. Collaboration with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, achieving quarterly and annual sales targets with new and current customers, developing a pipeline of qualified leads, and staying updated on current industry trends are also key aspects of this role. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, 3+ years of software sales experience (preferably SAP, however, candidates with experience in other software brands can also apply), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous.
